The Trump administration did not rise, prima facie, like Venus on a half shell from the sea. Donald Trump is the result of a long process of political, cultural and social decay. He is a product of our failed democracy. The longer we perpetuate the fiction that we live in a functioning democracy, that Trump and the political mutations around him are somehow an aberrant deviation that can be vanquished in the next election, the more we will hurtle toward tyranny. The problem is not Trump. It is a political system, dominated by corporate power and the mandarins of the two major political parties, in which we don?t count. We will wrest back political control by dismantling the corporate state, and this means massive and sustained civil disobedience, like that demonstrated by teachers around the country this year. If we do not stand up we will enter a new dark age. (full story)

Such is the arrogance, hubris and DELUSIONS of the USA that it IMAGINES it can DICTATE policy to other sovereign nations. The results of UNREALISTIC U.S. (pathological) demands, bullying and habitual law breaking have earned America PARIAH status and as we know mutual respect and cooperation is the CIVILISED approach, but what could the WORLD expect from a bunch a violent, mass murdering, uncivilised rustics? No nation, no matter how powerful, could survive without the VOLUNTARY support of other nations, however, today the USA is doing its upmost to ostracise other sovereign nations, which means doom for America. Interesting title/statement as the vast majority haven’t a clue, why? Indeed, it is culture that creates identity, everything you think -- language -- words, images and all manner of impressions included, is learned from culture and in that morass of contradictions, inversions, repressions and pathologies, as (all) cultures are inherently sick, is an identity composed of again learned behaviours from culture, transmitted via parents initially then social interaction and all manner of media, which sustain your false cultural identity. In other words your identity is a (cultural) PRODUCT. That is why people are so easily led by cultural forces, they are intrinsically and inextricably bound to it. So, WHO ARE YOU REALLY? MSNBC prides itself for progressive reporting on national security issues but continues to use apologists for the Central Intelligence Agency in reporting on key intelligence issues. The network’s reliance on former deputy director of the CIA John McLaughlin is an excellent example of the skewed and tailored information that it offers to viewers on matters dealing with CIA. McLaughlin, a former colleague of mine at the CIA who I remember as an amateur magician, regularly pulls the wool over the eyes of such MSNBC veterans as Andrea Mitchell. (full story)

What do all world governments have in common today? Yes, centralised power regardless of how they obtain it. In the West corruption of candidates by plutocrats usually prevails, in the East force/coercion is usually utilised regardless of appearances and consequent centralised, autocratic power rules with an iron fist, military and police state tactics; nevertheless they ALL share one common characteristic, the centralisation of power and that is why their power is tenuous. Iran, under a renewed threat of U.S. sanctions returning, two months ago decided to switch using the greenback as a currency in its imports and banned all traders from using USD. A directive came from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade. Iran was being backed into a corner and was facing a situation of having has no access to dollar transactions because of the sanctions. Hence, it decided to remove that threat. Now instead of using banks, it has to use a network of foreign exchange bureaus and even gone the distance by saying it wants no transactions at all in USD. As I was putting the finishing touches on my new book, the Costs of War Project at Brown University’s Watson Institute published an estimate of the taxpayer dollars that will have gone into America’s war on terror from September 12, 2001, through fiscal year 2018. The criminal outrage of Israel slaughtering UNARMED Palestinian protesters exercising their inalienable rights to free speech and peaceful protest today demonstrates that the UN and Hague courts are nothing more than facilitators of CRIME perpetrated by criminal states -- SELF-EVIDENT!
There is no hiding from REALITY; the MORAL MAJORITY of the world are now required to put an end to this slaughter as international and state institutions have clearly proven themselves to be CORRUPT and rotten to the core. The LAW and civilisation DEMAND JUSTICE. Allowing state criminals to flout laws with impunity is intolerable and begs for totalitarian and fascist rule, as is demonstrated by Israel today.
