As a result of America adopting its new doctrine of ‘perpetual war,’ whether fought directly or (more commonly) by proxies, the ‘news’ has been dominated by war, conflict, terror and other assorted horrors that arise therefrom. All it took was one power with the means to supply PROOF of the WIDELY KNOWN FACT! So why did it take so long for Putin to do what he could have done years ago?
