Romney's honest remarks do the people a service posted by judd, 2012-09-20 10:40:41 Let's not kid ourselves, Romney's contemptuous regard and brutal attitude for average people is not a surprise. His negative references to half the population as "filthy beggars, garbage pickers and uneducated, loathsome scum,” is shared by the rich all over the world, notwithstanding it betrays a certain dissociative response. Romney's contempt for average people is typical of his insular class; it is insignificant that millions of innocent people perish as a direct consequence of Transnational Corporations pursuing profits. We should thank Mr Romney for closing the door on denial; all doubts regarding our 'loathsome' and expendable status have been removed. Romney's indiscretions may yet become society's salvation! Obama: Anti-Democracy to the Extreme posted by pied, 2012-09-19 13:07:28 In the clearest and most definitive manner possible the US president has demonstrated to the WORLD his thorough CONTEMPT for REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY, Liberty, due process and Justice. (full story) prose / international
Victor Chang and Organ Harvesting From China posted by kuang, 2012-09-19 01:12:20 Australian authorities are about to release the Triad hit man contracted to kill heart surgeon Victor Chang for non-payment of debts in the illegal organ harvesting trade from China. Victor Chang falsely believed his high profile and status as a 'renowned heart surgeon' would protect him -- he thought wrong, as anyone familiar with the code of Chinese Triads, especially Malaysian groups, would know. Statistically Favoured Drone Targets in Afghanistan posted by stan, 2012-09-18 02:51:47 According to coalition figures the most dangerous social pursuits in Afghanistan are attending funerals, weddings and collecting firewood. These civilian groups have been PERSISTENTLY attacked over the YEARS making it impossible to believe that such attacks are targeting errors -- real procedural errors would have been corrected years past! So what are we to make of the latest "precision" air-strike that killed eight women collecting firewood and wounded several others, including children as young as ten? Afghanistan: NATO/US War Crimes Continue Without Prosecution posted by Lindsey German via jax, 2012-09-18 00:55:21 "Not to be undone in a weekend of carnage, NATO reportedly killed at least eight women and young girls, some aged just 10 years, who were collecting firewood. NATO’S initial statement that armed insurgents were killed in a “precision air strike” had to be revised quickly to admit that civilians had been killed, following a report by an Afghan local government official." PSYOPS for Everyone - Anti-Muslim Film Shows the Way posted by joseph, 2012-09-16 23:46:49 Who is responsible for the appalling film production that has enraged the global Muslim community? In a sense the answer is of secondary relevance; simply because the film primarily demonstrates that effective media PSYOP campaigns are in everyones' reach today. (full story) prose / international

Coalition Reprisal Attacks on Innocent Afghans posted by bo, 2012-09-16 09:45:23 Americans are becoming increasingly alarmed over a spate of 'insider attacks' on coalition occupying forces in Afghanistan. It is clear these killings are not exceptional but are indicative of a new trend in successful attacks on occupying forces. Americans and NATO troops are the preferred targets, however, Australians have recently been added to the list. (full story) prose / international
Carbon Trading Scheme Close to Collapse posted by Daan Bauwens via shaz, 2012-09-16 00:42:15 BRUSSELS (IPS) - By 2020, countries that are signatory to the Kyoto protocol will have accumulated more than 17 billion tonnes of surplus emission reduction permits, a new study shows. This enormous surplus not only drives the carbon price close to zero, but also jeapordises the chances of reaching a new global climate deal. (full story) prose / international
Denigrating Film - Classic Trigger for Global Muslim Riots posted by cat, 2012-09-15 22:31:52 Who actually is behind the production of a denigrating film which is supremely insulting to Muslims, remains unclear at this stage; however, what is crystal clear is the PSYOP status of the event. Recall the Gulf of Tonkin incident, the USS Liberty, dressed and arranged dead bodies in Kosovo and the 9/11 attack; all inside false flag operations, all of which allowed certain political agendas to be realised. Bernanke’s Fed rolls out QE3 squeezing Oz RBA posted by Philip Baker via ham, 2012-09-14 12:44:00 We have an expression to cover borderline and outright criminal business enterprises -- when a 'venture' is obscenely lucrative, we say, "it's like having a license to print money!" Well, the Federal Reserve Bank does have a license to print money and its legitimacy is now in question. (full story) prose / international
Royals Ruffled over Kate's exposed tits posted by karl, 2012-09-14 10:07:21 Buckingham Palace is outraged over the publication of images of scrawny Kate Milddleton's tits -- I mean there's nothing special about Kate's tits. Anachronistic monarchies around the world take note, though most are wise enough to stay out of the sensationalist media. (full story) prose / international
