Saudis Seek Chaos to Cover Terror Tracks posted by Finian Cunningham via gail, 2016-01-06 17:58:47
Russia's incisive military intervention in Syria has succeeded in not only stabilizing the Arab state and salvaging it from a terrorist takeover. Russia's maneuver also exposed the foreign-fueled nature of the conflict - as a criminal covert war of aggression for regime change. (full story)

The Ludicrous and Shameless Hypocrisy of Obama on Gun Control posted by stacey, 2016-01-05 17:45:11
A tearful Obama recently pleaded his case to the lobotomised American public for gun control highlighting the damage guns cause in the USA, not least those utilised by Police. From an international Australian perspective, Obama, who once touted that (drone) ‘killing is his strong suit,’ his recent ‘tearful’ rhetoric smacks of the usual fakery, hypocrisy and double standard. Obama is doing all the leaning If You Sleep with Dogs You Wake up with Fleas posted by jake, 2016-01-04 23:50:50
And America is doing all the scratching as its Saudi and Turkish allies have blown the entire sordid machinations of Washington WIDE OPEN, i.e. using Saudi/Turkish financed and supported jihadists to fight US ‘regime change’ wars and facilitate the sale of ISIL stolen oil from Syria and Iraq. And so scratch on exposed America, as YOU are as guilty as the filthy beheading Wahhabi scum you support, indeed, we are all known by the associates and friends we keep and the barbarism of America’s allies/friends now compromises Washington and so it should as the situation has now changed dramatically. You see, these once controlled allies have cut loose as America loses its grip on the world not only on the Middle East. (full story)

The Saudi Execution Of Al-Nimr Was A Smart Tactical Move? posted by Moon Of Alabama via cyd, 2016-01-04 22:05:26
The Saudis are in trouble over their war on Yemen. After nine month of bombing the hell out of the country there is no chance that the aim of their war, reinstalling their proxy government in Sanaa, will be reached anytime soon. Meanwhile Yemeni forces raid (vid) one Saudi town after another. The Saudi regime change projects via Salafi jihadists in Iraq and Syria are also faltering. The low oil price make it necessary for the Saudi government to introduce taxes on its people. New taxes are hardly ever popular. (full story)

Japan's Master Plan to Destroy the Chinese Navy in Battle posted by Harry J. Kazianis via darcy, 2016-01-03 01:48:52
The author misses the point. TWO can play the missile game. The Japanese offensive strategy simply escalates the Asian cold war as China reacts to the threat with increased missile solutions and counter-measures of its own. (full story)

The Misinformation Dilemma posted by Robert Parry via jill, 2016-01-01 09:26:31
New York Times columnist Paul Krugman marvels at the right-wing extremism prevalent in the Republican presidential race not just from the “outsider” candidates but from the “establishment” favorites as well, doubling down on President George W. Bush’s economic prescriptions and foreign policies despite their record of disaster. (full story)

The Lying Machine posted by jaxie, 2015-12-28 21:13:41
Of course I refer to the mass media, though it hardly requires pointing out. Today as in pre-WWII Nazi Germany the masses have been duped with outright LIES, omissions of facts and flagrant propaganda but to what end? (full story)

It’s Time to Get a Grip posted by val, 2015-12-28 06:45:34
Seriously, now that the Russians have offered incontrovertible proof of NATO and US vassal Gulf States’ involvement in facilitating ISIL’s stolen oil sales and supporting ISIL with weapons, Toyotas, intelligence, cash and fighters, the proxy war in Syria and the reasons behind it should be plain for all to see. And we shouldn’t forget that NATO/US first uitilised the services of their created proxy ISIL fighters in Libya, “we came, we saw, he died,” blurted Hillary to the media while she was Secretary of State, RESPONSIBILITY is therefore in NO DOUBT, notwithstanding pictures and video images taken at that time clearly showing a rudimentary black ISIL flag held aloft by western supported so-called anti-Gaddafi rebel forces. Gold: It's Gone... It's All Gone" - The Gold Scandal That Goes To The Very Top posted by Tyler Durden via james, 2015-12-25 23:07:10
Long before Turkey was flagrantly arming and funding the CIA-created "terrorist organization" known as ISIS, there was another, far more elaborate way in which Turkey was flaunting international sanctions against an ostracized state - in this case Iran - which involved an epic gold smuggling triangle of Hollywood-thriller proportions, all made possible thanks to the United Arab Emirate city of Dubai. Have we Forgotten Peace? posted by jude, 2015-12-24 01:20:44
Swept along by the privately owned and CFR directed America/western mass media, most people have forgotten that peace exists. As a result of America adopting its new doctrine of ‘perpetual war,’ whether fought directly or (more commonly) by proxies, the ‘news’ has been dominated by war, conflict, terror and other assorted horrors that arise therefrom. The rest of the news is feeble titillation or popular distractions, and as the primary discourse goes so goes the culture. (full story)
