If a picture is worth a thousand words it simply means the viewer or reader is ignorant; however, those able to decode the various levels of discourse in any given text are slaves to no-one but masters of many.
The juxtaposition in this presentation is not accidental. The window of opportunity for a comprehensive and complete nuclear strike against the US is closing - the US is testing missiles that are capable of Mach 7 speeds, which constitute a clear threat to Russian and Chinese ICBM capability.
The failed test flight indicates that research and development in this area is dominated by the US. The propaganda and theatrics are clearly intended to intimidate the corrupt Russian and Chinese leadership elites.
What the US has failed to factor into their idiotic equations are the pre-emptive nuclear strikes that reduce the North American continent to ash.
The number of nuclear weapons in the world today is capable of reducing the planet to dust; so let's all pay homage to our bought politicians and other corrupt ignorant officials that minority corporate and financial elites control at great cost to everyone and everything else.
