Clarifying Your Inalienable Rights

Powerful (minority criminal) forces are at work today destroying, by any means available, the Rights and Liberties we have enjoyed since our forefathers fought to have them enshrined in our founding documents and established into LAW. Clear proof of this trend exists in the form of an extra-judicial Presidential 'kill list' and the NDAA indefinite detention 'law' without charge or trial, which brazenly attacks the Fifth Amendment entitling all citizens to due process.

Unsurprisingly the first attacks on our rights and liberties entail attacks on the laws and conventions granting them. Human rights LAWS and conventions exist nationally and internationally so it's a very tricky business attempting to deny citizens their inalienable rights.

Three documents supporting human rights are crucial to our argument, they are, The American Constitution, The Bill of Rights and the (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Numerous other conventions and laws relating to Sovereignty indirectly support the rights and freedoms of citizens but we are keeping it simple at this stage.

Allow no-one to usurp or subvert your rights by convincing you to forfeit them directly or indirectly via 'free' elections etc, or surrender them in any other way. This leads to the only other means by which these rights could be assailed, via violence or COERCION, which would clearly IDENTIFY the threatening coercive force as TERRORIST!

Today we have in the US what is masquerading as a legal process in the form of farcical 'Military Commissions' -- criminal executives established and maintain these commissions as they could not trust our (not entirely corrupted legal system) to ensure the outcomes they desired -- that simple and incriminating! Hence the illegal Guantanamo mock 'trials' and the current trial by Military Commission of Bradley Manning, a soldier that allegedly reported Pentagon War Crimes to the world -- consider the absurdity of a proven criminal organization placing on trial the person that fulfilled his military duty and moral obligations by reporting war and other crimes against humanity to the WORLD!

The only 'authority' US military commissions have are COERCIVE, the threat of the 'gun,' VIOLENCE/brute force, as indeed has been demonstrated in the Manning case, as Manning has been TORTURED and abused by the US military while in illegal extended pre-trial custody -- the number of (REAL) laws and conventions that have been broken in the Manning case is staggering yet minority criminal forces persist in their OVERT disregard for REAL LAW and due process.

It goes without saying that it is a matter of extreme urgency to eradicate the minority criminal forces that are subverting our democracy before they do more harm to the nation and world. These minority forces have no LEGITIMATE legal or other grounds to pursue their criminal ambitions so they resort to terror tactics and brute FORCE, which clearly identifies them as TERRORISTS -- never forget that reality/fact!

Now consider the heinous attempt to deny citizens their right to due process if accused of any transgression. We have the right under the Fifth Amendment to face our accusers and test the matter in a court of law; however, the current criminal executive would deny us that right, which would be an action in clear contravention of our Constitutional Rights -- which the executive has sworn to defend [and they simply can't have it both ways].

Now, as the nation was/is built on the Constitution, who could successfully usurp our inalienable rights in an uncorrupted court of Law? NO-ONE! Be acutely aware of that and realize that no provision or circumstances exist that could justify indefinite detention without charge or trial -- in fact, that is probably the most draconian 'law' ever passed by any national leader anywhere and at anytime in history, which confirms the criminal element we are dealing with!

YES, you say, but the criminal elites are getting away with (mass) murder and my argument is academic! Not so, register (explained below) your complaint against the current criminal regime and note the many treasonous and criminal actions they are guilty of and DECLARE that as a CITIZEN of the USA you have never surrendered your rights and privileges as outlined in the Bill of Rights and Constitution; furthermore, state emphatically that you are also bound to defend and protect the nation against all forces that would subvert the principles upon which the nation was founded.

Register on a WEBSITE or other appropriate PUBLIC medium solely dedicated for the above purpose so that every patriot/citizen has the opportunity to make known their intention to defend their nation -- never forget that (temporary) ruling elites are a tiny criminal MINORITY and dread any legal majority action. Their most effective weapon against a unified majority is alienation (by design), don't fall for it, become a 'WE,' not a 'ME' culture.
