Secular/Free vs Authoritarian Societies

World ‘news’ is a true indicator of at least the differences in cultural mindsets. Take Oz and America for example. Australia is a secular, free society that continues to value free speech and personal liberties above all else, especially the constraints of religion; whereas in stark contrast, the USA is an authoritarian, over-managed society where citizens, ‘subjects’ more accurately, easily surrender their personal liberties to an oppressive, authoritarian State.

Take the supreme example of social timidity and obsequiousness, genital groping at airports, only in America, as the saying goes, which cultural passivity is easily traced back to its earliest European settlers which were all ideologically captured slaves to various fanatic religious cults and their pathological, dictatorial leaders – a little cultural analysis goes a long way in understanding ANY culture, especially its disposition, strengths and weaknesses.

I am reminded of an ‘interesting’ experience of an Aussie friend who toured the USA. While travelling in Texas he had a gun drawn on him by a police officer for ‘jay-walking,’ a technically illegal practice though common in Oz providing no traffic hazards present themselves; police here give scant regard to safe jay-walking, whereas in the USA, strict adherence to the ‘law’ is enforced for its own sake, minor traffic offences could easily result in one’s death if the Nazi police are not completely obeyed – I would add that my friend was one step away from the opposite curb, however, the fanatic gestapo officer was ready to shoot if my friend did not return to the curb from which he safely left. I mean really, is it any wonder why police murder unarmed blacks and others in the USA with impunity? Jay-walking in the USA could result in one’s death, for Christ’s sake!

An incident I experienced occurred in Oz. An American Mormon, again from Texas, lost it after confronting non-abusive Oz free speech; I was stopped in the street by two ‘elders’ in their very early 20’s, to discuss religion, something I studied at tertiary level when completing my degree. After reminding the young Mormon that the USA was the world’s leading civilian killing nation that is clearly run by gangsters hell-bent on world domination, I began to enlighten him on religion, which is a man-made means of ideologically enslaving (and controlling) the masses; his tone changed abruptly and then surprisingly he blurted, “if you spoke like that in Texas they would find you in a ditch with a bullet hole in your head;” I do not doubt it, but consider that this brainwashed American was now in comparatively FREE Australia, and some perspective is gained. Instead of enjoying the freedom of our culture he brought his inculcated authoritarian social and religious chains with him, poor boy!

It would all be amusing if not tragic, as today the USA is experiencing a race WAR, it seems that unarmed blacks have had enough of being slaughtered like dogs by murderous police and are retaliating in kind, I mean, did anyone really expect a different outcome in gun-happy America?

Furthermore, the USA is turning the entire world into a living hell with all its illegal oil thieving, ‘regime change’ military misadventures while at the same time declaring itself a moral law-abiding nation operating outside the reach of international courts – you see, the opposite of what is presented in the media always is the case in relation to America. The world is in chaos simply due to the fact that gangster-run America is pursuing a (documented PNAC) ‘perpetual war’ strategy to gain control over the entire world, which ambition is another symptom of a mass psychopathology as the population sits by allowing KNOWN, un-prosecuted war criminals to lord over them; in fact, Uncle Tom Obama now has no need to defend his illegal secret kill lists and extra-judicial murders – indeed, it has come to this very sorry state of affairs. Yet no single nation is able to restore order to the world -- especially knee-walking, Washington-lackey Oz politicians -- alone. That endeavour requires a unified push from FREE, morally intact nations if a cure and a permanent cessation of hostilities is sought.

Now, without diverging on a tangent, it is worth realising that a little analysis makes plain the root causes of our troubled times; nations in the grip of fundamentalist, ideologically enslaving religions, of whichever persuasion, present as the socially sickest and most dangerous societies on the planet – plain to see. An enlightened American once inferred, ‘it is more effective to strike at the root not the branches of evil and chaos;’ but who on our troubled world today is able to discern the obvious? [Millennial] religions are the evil that threatens to destroy not only our peace and prosperity but OUR entire planet.
