Criminal Nation – “American Interests”

Has it struck you yet that America, like all other nations cannot enforce its so-called ‘interests’ past its own borders – that is the international legality of the matter. However, America extends its 'interests' well beyond its national jurisdiction and borders. I refer specifically to energy resource issues here.

Every sovereign nation owns its own resources, which in fact are owned by the people that install governments to represent them and safeguard national interests. Nevertheless, as we are aware, America does not recognise international law or the sovereign possessions of other nations which it considers its own by virtue of economic corruption and military force.

If America wishes to appropriate another nation’s resources it fabricates some pretext or another and bombs and/or invades the nation that it wishes to subjugate in order to steal its precious resources, the Iraq oil grab was the most gross example of this practice, which today, thanks to widespread legal corruption and intimidation, has become the routine model, notwithstanding the fact that these actions remain criminal in every legal statute that exists dealing with international law and sovereignty issues.

Historically we know that if/when America decides to rob, steal and usurp sitting governments and plunder precious resources the criminal actions it utilises, feeble pretexts followed by brute force, result in the deaths of millions of innocent civilians and the ruination of the sovereign viability of the invaded nation, Iraq and Libya bear grim testimony to the fact, both are failed states today as is Afghanistan and other smaller nations the US has destructively interfered with. Need I state plainly that these acts constitute the most heinous war crimes and crimes against humanity; it is abundantly clear that the financial forces that control America do not regard human life of any value whatsoever.

The above working ethic is equivalent to the mentality of a common street criminal that decides he wants or needs the possession of another so he picks up a gun, kills the innocent rightful owner and robs him/her of their possessions. There is nothing complicated about gross criminality so how is it that America has never been held to account for its far too numerous heinous crimes against other nations and its own population?

Simple, prior to engaging in these criminal actions the US ensures, via monetary and political corruption that local and international legal bodies are compliant to its criminal pursuits. Kosovo for example remains the LEGAL territory of Serbia, both under international law and UN charters but has that obstruction prevented America appropriating the territory and installing murdering gangsters as the compliant ‘government’ of a legally unrecognised statelete? One need only view the largest US military base of OCCUPATION in Kosovo/Europe to understand the criminal reality.

In the past other powerful nations ensured that international laws were observed and that all nations were kept in check, however, today, as is evidenced by Russia and China’s obvious COWARDICE, both superpowers have failed to legally contain America’s criminal actions and ambitions. The former Yugoslavia was abandoned by both allies when America, with the assistance of Germany, made their play to destroy the nation and economically enslave the tiny fragmented stateletes that remained.

Where was China when NATO obliterated Libya, murdered Gaddafi and destroyed upwards of $50 billion in Chinese investments in that nation, where was Putin, whose best effort was to say the UN security council did not sanction the overthrow and murder of Gaddafi? Cowering in their mouse holes, no doubt.

The fight, Russia and China, must be taken to the courts as the law remains clear on these issues. America dreads that prospect and pursues its usual tactics of lies/propaganda, intimidation and military threats to avoid this indefensible confrontation. So it would seem advisable at this time, prior to any pre-emptive US military action, to drag the US into every international court that deals with its many heinous crimes. Or is that too much to ask of the Chinese and Russian leadership?
