If Local Law is an Ass then International Law is a Farce

Most people that have a working relationship with the Law or judiciary understand completely that national Law is an ass; one need only research the many different penalties for the exact same crime to be thoroughly astonished, dismayed and disillusioned about fairness, justice and legal systems thereafter.

When national or local Law fails, all nations rely on international law to have a final fair say but the reality is very different; one need only focus on the ICC and other courts in the Hague to immediately apprehend that these courts only prosecute enemies of the US/NATO and never their allies -- notwithstanding the REALITY that the US/NATO and its vassal allies have all committed horrendous war crimes fighting America’s illegal wars of invasion, civilian killing and resource THEFT, to put it in plain language.

Whenever the ICC or its courts confront an overwhelming case against a mass murdering criminal that happens to be a US ally the case is delayed for years and then the criminals are somehow exonerated and released, this occurred numerous times with fascist Croatian and Albanian Kosovar criminals, some of which were/are wanted by Interpol.

So where does one go for justice and a fair hearing these days? After years watching, criminal Israel concentrate the citizens of Gaza and regularly attack civilian areas and kill thousands of innocent children and civilians with impunity and America continue its civilian killing drone campaign with IMPUNITY while the courts of Europe continue to ignore sovereignty violations in America’s favour (Kosovo) it becomes painfully clear that international Law is partial and/or thoroughly corrupt.

We have a blatant criminal violator in Australia’s current PM, Tony Abbott, who gained the highest office in the land by fraud, dishonesty, deceit and false pretences, he literally LIED and DECEIVED his way into office with the help of Murdoch and other local plutocrats, who Abbott now serves with unquestioning obedience, woof woof, rather than the democratic majority he is supposed to represent and serve!

But perhaps the most glaring example of FAILED Law is the fact that Blair, Bush, Cheney Rice, Rumsfeld, other neo-cons and members of the coalition of willing criminals, remain at large and give interviews as though they were not directly responsible for the first human holocaust of the new century in ILLEGALLY invaded Iraq -- there is no hiding over 3 million civilian deaths (latest count).

Free citizens of the world, it becomes abundantly clear that the law of nations and international law are not worth a pinch of shit -- why not dispel a few more myths while we’re at it. The Law is nether an ass nor a farce, it is simply partial and corrupt, one does not require a rocket scientists to determine which nations are favoured.

Any sovereign citizen in the world today that allows themselves to be SUBJECT to any legal system anywhere in the world is a FOOL, coward or both!

Perhaps a little research should be undertaken with a view to uncovering the forces behind the current charade.

It becomes exceedingly clear that a tiny UNREPRESENTATIVE minority of plutocrats and oligarchs control all western governments, policy decisions and all major international institutions -- but to what end? That you will easily determine for yourselves with a modicum of research.

The most absurd and unjust case to be recorded in the modern age is the trial of Bradley (Chelsea) Manning in which the criminally accused (Pentagon) sat in judgement of the moral accuser, Manning. Needless to say Manning was tortured and imprisoned for exposing American war crimes to the world.
