The most critical SOCIAL failure that stems from our personal failure is the failure to apply the LAW to ALL without fear, favour OR exception, as that is how social LAWS serve to maintain a healthy and robust society. Corruption of the very simple application of law leads of course to criminal activity in greater or lesser proportion to the degree of corruption.

Now consider to what degree a State is criminally corrupt and lawless when it openly confesses that it is directly and indirectly responsible for the deaths of over half a million innocent children due to the CONSCIOUS IMPOSITION of sanctions and embargoes of medical and other essential supplies. I refer of course to Madam Albright’s infamous declaration, as US Secretary of State, on 60 minutes that killing over 500,000 innocent Iraqi children, was “worth it!” Her answer, which is historically recorded for posterity, was actually, “WE think it was worth it,” [emphasis added] indicating of course that it was the shared view of consenting government officials at the time.

The fact that this declaration indicates a PROFOUNDLY SICK, CRIMINAL ADMINISTRATION/STATE, seems to have escaped the attention of the American population at the time and in the present. What also seems to have escaped the attention of the masses is that NUMEROUS DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL LAWS were violated and no concerted efforts have been made to hold the guilty to ACCOUNT for their HORRIFIC crimes!

Who is to blame? Well, there is no escaping the fact that WE ARE! EVERYONE shares RESPONSIBILITY for allowing BRAZEN CRIMINALS to run roughshod over civilised society.

We could cite thousands of other instances of American crimes, from indiscriminate carpet bombing in Indo-China to the premeditated destruction of Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and the Ukraine today, but the point has been clearly made.

To illustrate the CONSEQUENCES of our shared failure to hold mass murderers and criminal sociopaths to account, I would ask, what occurred soon after we allowed America to commit infanticide on such an appalling scale, with impunity? As history grimly records the heinous crime of infanticide was followed by a human holocaust of over ONE MILLION innocent civilian deaths in Iraq -- should WE have expected any different? No! Reality dictates it only gets worse when criminals are allowed to pursue their SICK, ANTI-SOCIAL agendas!

So the next time you find yourself in court or confronting a corrupt State judiciary simply cite America as establishing the precedent of immunity to the law and other civilised social conventions on the basis of EXCEPTIONALISM, and plead a similar case; after all, you are a ‘unique’ therefore exceptional being, and see how far YOU get! Not very far as you would imagine. So WHY do YOU allow YOUR SERVANT, the STATE, to make exceptions for horrendous crimes for which no exceptions have been RECORDED in any national or international LEGAL CODE throughout history?

I am referring particularly to CRIMES AGAINST ‘H-U-M-A-N-I-T-Y,’ by definition that is crimes against you, me, EVERYONE on the planet -- no greater legal offence is possible.

It is TIME our servant, the State, was made to apply EXISTING LAWS TO ALL, including a corrupt judiciary, if necessary, but particularly to corrupt criminal officials in high office.

The fact is, there are NO exceptions whatsoever to the application of LAW for heinous crimes committed by any entity. So again, the FAILURE to enforce EXISTING LAWS IS OURS, ALL OURS! It therefore follows that the ONUS or responsibility to REMEDY the situation is also OURS. Looking outside ourselves for solutions NEVER works, history bears witness; if you want CHANGE then be the 'change' you want; notwithstanding that PROCESS involves COURAGE, fortitude and relentless persistence; however, no other FAILSAFE method exists.
