Military ‘Judge’ allows “Aiding the Enemy” charge for Manning

After lawyer Barack Obama pronounced Manning guilty during pre-trial submissions, “he broke the law,” and Assange who stood accused of ‘criminal’ activity (without a court decision) by former Oz PM and US lackey Juliar Gillard, is anyone really surprised by the recent actions of a proven criminal US military ‘court’ to pursue Manning on the most serious charge of "aiding the enemy" to make an example of him in order to deter others from revealing sensitive and compromising information to the world?

To date only Manning has supplied incontrovertible proof of Pentagon/US war crimes -- and the Pentagon aims to get its revenge while the administration attempts to intimidate future whistleblowers by crucifying Bradley Manning.
Compare Manning's singular act of bravery with Ed Snowden and Glenn Greenwald's refusal to release extremely damning information (they claim to possess) for reasons that it may “harm” the overtly criminal USA! So much for Snowden’s INTEGRITY and status as genuine whistle-blower, ridiculous!
While Manning’s absurd ‘trial’ continues the CFR controlled Western media is strategically pushing the ‘royal baby,’ whose shit will smell like that of any other baby, and Ed Snowden on its front pages, while Obama’s arrangement to arm al-Qaeda affiliated rebels in Syria, which constitutes a crime under US law (providing material support to terrorists) remains conveniently backgrounded.
Be sure that whenever the CFR controlled western mass media pushes certain stories, it is always at the expense of REAL news and other important issues or it is simply hiding something very incriminating.

Judge in Manning case declines to dismiss charge of aiding enemy
(Reuters) - The military judge hearing the court-martial of the U.S. soldier accused of the biggest leak of classified material in the nation's history refused on Thursday to dismiss the most severe charge the defendant faced, aiding the enemy.
That is just one of the 21 counts that U.S. Army Private First Class, Bradley Manning faces but it carries the possibility of life in prison.
"He was knowingly providing intelligence to the enemy," said Judge Colonel Denise Lind, in rejecting Manning's lawyer's motion to dismiss that charge.
Manning, 25, is charged with sharing more than 700,000 classified files, combat videos and State Department cables with the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks while serving as a low-level intelligence analyst in Iraq in 2009 and 2010.
Defense lawyer David Coombs on Monday had argued that Manning was guilty of negligence but not the "general evil intent" standard required to justify the heavy charge.
Over the course of the trial, defense lawyers have sought to show that the slightly built Manning was naive but well-intentioned in seeking to inform Americans about the reality of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The trial will also hear from prosecution witnesses in a rebuttal phase following the close of the defense phase last week.

While the entranced US population continues to accept the injustices and illegalities of its proven child killing criminal government the rest of the world clearly does not.
