Secret Plans for Corporate Global Rule Exposed
Deirdre Fulton via jaxie, Thursday, Jul 2 2015, 12:55am
It has become apparent that 'free trade' deals are a very one-sided affair, of course favouring their designers, tax-avoiding, exploiting, rapacious, polluting, democracy-destroying, mega transnational corporations. The world has already learned that 'globalisation' only favoured its designers, mega-corporations, which created international tax rorts and loopholes which only they could exploit to great advantage. The international work force gained NOTHING, in fact, wages and working conditions were actually depressed in order for corporations to better exploit cheaper labour internationally. The latest round of secret deals involving bought, puppet politicians from various nations, spells the end of national sovereignty and democracy for participating nations -- of that be in absolutely no doubt. Following is a report based on leaked material to Wikileaks, which should alarm all citizens that believe in freedom, democracy, and the RIGHT to national and personal self-determination.

ISIL’s Primary Mission FAIL - to Eliminate Assad
zed, Tuesday, Jun 30 2015, 12:36pm
Make no mistake, the raison d’etre of ISIL, as a US created and supported proxy fighting force, was to eliminate Assad, however, as is painfully (for Washington) obvious it has failed so the US has publicly contemplated direct intervention itself, which ‘news’ forced a visit to Moscow of Assad’s foreign minister to seek assurances of support, which was promised by Putin without hesitation or reservation; in plain words, if the US intervenes in Syria so will Russia and possibly China with an appropriate or greater retaliatory response. So there it is, a failed proxy fighting force that succeeded in (abandoned) Libya -- shame on you Putin -- but not Syria.

Australian opposition senators slam TPP treaty process
Richard Chirgwin via gail, Tuesday, Jun 30 2015, 1:16am
As US President Barack Obama signs off on his hard-won “fast track” powers that will allow speedier sign-off of trade treaties, an Australian senate committee has dumped a bucket on keeping trade negotiations secret from parliament.

The Self-annihilating ‘cult of self’
shirl, Monday, Jun 29 2015, 11:53am
The human species is a social species, though you wouldn’t know it today. The corporate manipulated digital revolution has produced massive alienation and social dislocation on a scale never before seen, yet those intentionally led into self-obsession/absorption (narcissism) only see their own (digital) images which they share with their ‘digital’ friends on digital devices/media; these ‘friends’ respond by sending their own ‘selfies’ and around it goes – already it becomes apparent that this corporate designed slaughter of our need to be social is a monumental tragedy.

War Mongering Mass Media Eliminates PEACE from Discussion
jane, Monday, Jun 29 2015, 1:19am
When was the last time you saw or heard ‘Peace’ as the major topic of discussion in the western mass media? Exactly! Peace discussions have become anathema to the privately owned corporate mass media for the simple reason that ‘perpetual war,’ fear and terror provide more profits for the vile mega-corporations that serve the war, pan-surveillance and terror INDUSTRIES!

Recurring Dreams

The phenomenon of recurring dreams is common, they are symptomatic of our conscious minds refusing to acknowledge and deal with the circumstances/reality in which we find ourselves.

Two Remarkable PROPHETS of the 20th Century
roy, Friday, Jun 26 2015, 1:09pm
Indeed, these two men from radically different backgrounds nailed it for our times; the first was George Orwell, a journalist, who in clear unambiguous language – unlike the convoluted babble of biblical or religious ‘prophets’ -- spelled it out in no uncertain terms. Today we live in Orwell’s 1984 on steroids, a sad indictment of the masses that allowed it all to transpire -- who could rationally dispute Orwell’s remarkable and precise evaluation of western society’s trajectory?

Pentagon Goes Nuclear on Russia
Pepe Escobar via juan, Thursday, Jun 25 2015, 10:17am
We all remember how, in early June, President Putin announced that Russia would deploy more than 40 new ICBMs “able to overcome even the most technically advanced anti-missile defense systems.” Oh dear; the Pentagon and their European minions have been freaking out on overdrive ever since.

It’s Time for Aussies to Refocus ON ABBOTT!
cyd, Thursday, Jun 25 2015, 1:34am
We all know the ‘distract the child with a lolly trick,’ so why allow lying, unrepresentative and deceitful Tony Abbott to shift our focus from HIM and his thoroughly incompetent (proven) government to matters that hardly impact the nation? By far the most critical matters affecting the overwhelming majority of Aussies are Abbott’s UNFAIR policies and his CONSTANT financial attacks on the vulnerable and average Australians. It is now widely known that tax-avoiding multinationals, parasitic big banks and other large unregulated corporations are not shouldering their responsibilities to the nation that they pillaged their collective $TRILLIONS from. Australia and US Exaggerate Terrorism 'threat' in order to Consolidate Power over Local Populations
Scott Burchill via claire, Wednesday, Jun 24 2015, 12:50pm
Governments contrive moral panics to consolidate domestic political support. An alleged “existential” foreign threat is particularly useful. It encourages the population to rally behind the leader, accept restrictions on their civil liberties and support higher levels of funding for the military and intelligence sectors.
The veracity of the threat is almost irrelevant. What matters is that the public buys the 'danger.'

Zaky Mallah: the Divisionist “them or us” mentality of Tony Abbott
baz, Tuesday, Jun 23 2015, 1:40pm
Tony Abbott, deceiver, DISTRACTOR and LIAR extraordinaire, recently seized the opportunity to criticise the public broadcaster (ABC) for allowing a convicted Muslim felon a platform to air his views on ISIL and the ‘terrorist threat,’ which Abbott and his conservatives are flogging to death in the media to distract the population away from focusing on Abbott’s cruel policies which continue to target the vulnerable and average Australian citizens -- we notice immediately Abbott’s inability to attack ‘corporatists,’ which group is ripping Australia blind via tax avoidance and the wholesale plunder of OUR national resource wealth. Anti-piracy site-blocking laws: what you need to know
Tim Biggs via bryan, Tuesday, Jun 23 2015, 11:37am

The Resounding Success of SPIEF spells WAR -- Make No Mistake
Pepe Escobar via juan, Monday, Jun 22 2015, 3:54am
I do not take issue with Escobar's account of events at the recent St Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) but with his baseless jubilation, obvious bias and misinterpretation. Anyone with a modicum of familiarity with the sick neocon bastards that control Washington is aware that under no circumstances would the US allow itself to be trumped by any military, economic power or group. We should never forget the revealing statement by leading neocon and Zionist, Richard Perle, who blatantly stated, "what's the point of having nuclear weapons if you don't use them;" and so the hard reality of the US encircling Russia and China hits home.
