'Julius' Obama issues executive order to Freeze the Assets of 'his' opponents in the Ukraine/World posted by Barack H Obama via pontius, 2014-03-15 23:48:15 The situation in the Ukraine gets more absurd by the day -- absurd if you subscribe to law, order, rationality and sovereign rights.
The self-proclaimed 'paper Caesar' of the 'Rose Garden' and lackey for the ruling plutocrats, Barack Obama, has just diminished the reputation and international standing of the Office of the US president by issuing an idiotic proclamation allowing him, 'emperor of the world' to STEAL whatever he wants from his political opponents! Notwithstanding that his DELUDED exec order is in gross breach of International Law and violates the rights and sovereignty of every other nation and person on earth. Coles shares Oz customer data with overseas companies posted by Phillip Thomson via justin, 2014-03-15 09:55:00 Should we have expected any different from the Harvard trained UK citizen, cowboy CEO, Ian McLeod, who Wesfarmers unwisely employed to run Coles into the Federal courts and DISREPUTE for numerous breaches of local trade practices. America: a measure of subjugation -- a vanquished population posted by judd, 2014-03-15 01:14:31 Look no further than your nose to verify the measure of subservience of the American population. We recall in very recent recorded history that unregulated Wall St rogues fraudulently deceived the entire world which act resulted in the global economic collapse of 2008. The major offenders were the big Wall St banks or the “too big to fail" mega-banks, particularly Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan and of course the two CEOs at their respective helms, Lloyd Blankfein and Jamie Dimon, two of the most arrogant, unrepentant crooks that ever walked free; in fact they wear their freedom after committing the most obvious frauds/crimes, like a badge, as evidence that it is really they who rule America. The State, the Deep State, and the Wall Street Overworld posted by Peter Dale Scott via spino, 2014-03-13 21:27:26 In the last decade it has become more and more obvious that we have in America today what the journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin have called two governments: the one its citizens were familiar with, operated more or less in the open: the other a parallel top secret government whose parts had mushroomed in less than a decade into a gigantic, sprawling universe of its own, visible to only a carefully vetted cadre – and its entirety…visible only to God.1 (full story) prose / international
Crimea: don't miss the signs posted by johnno, 2014-03-13 11:52:35 America has more gall than Hitler ever had, and we saw how far Hitler got before fate caught up with him. Putin is now assailed from all sides, including inside Russia; China is adopting its usual cowardly position on the sidelines -- former allies abandoned by Russia when the US illegally attacked them now watch Russia getting a taste -- what goes around clearly comes around! I have the Poetry, what do you have? posted by lexi, 2014-03-13 09:08:50 The world is not made of winners and losers as the mass media would have you believe, it is comprised of the living and the Dead as was stated plainly in times of old.
"When you make the two one
and make the inside like the outside
and the outside like the inside
and the above like the below,
and that you might make
the male and the female one
and the same,
so the male might not be male
nor the female be female,
when you make eyes
in place of an eye
and a hand in place
of a hand and a foot
in place of a foot,
an image in place
of an image -
then you will enter [the kingdom]." -- from the GOT (full story) prose / international
NSA's TURBINE server pumps 'malware into MILLIONS of PCs' posted by Iain Thomson via tone, 2014-03-13 03:36:59 This piece is for specialists so I'm very sorry lamers, u'll jus have to go watch American idol and other digital effluent on your idiot boxes! HOWEVER,
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT THE ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED IN THE ARTICLE BELOW ARE IN FLAGRANT VIOLATION OF NUMEROUS COMMUNICATION LAWS IN AUSTRALIA AND MANY OTHER WESTERN NATIONS. THE QUESTION ARISES WHAT ARE THE GOVERNMENTS OF THESE NATIONS DOING ABOUT GROSSLY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PAN SURVEILLANCE, CONDUCTED BY THE AMERICAN NSA IN THEIR COUNTRIES? THAT IS THE REAL ISSUE! DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENTS ARE SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT YOUR INTERESTS AND WISHES, MORONS -- or should we let this one pass like all the other criminal activities (extra-judicial killing, etc) the USA engages in on a DAILY BASIS? Ed Snowden speaks at the SXSW -- but we are still waiting ... posted by jake, 2014-03-11 11:08:28 ‘Please allow me to introduce myself I’m a man of wealth and taste,’ oops, Stones song - LOL - but seriously, take a good look at this guy, Snowden, the first thing he did was gain media notoriety which is anathema to authentic digital warriors and Uber hackers -- revealing one’s identity is probably worse than killing your grandmother in these circles, so Snowden fails the first basic test of authenticity. The second giveaway was trying to secure asylum in China, surely that odd effort reeks of agent, as everyone including the HK Chinese are aware that China is no bastion of freedom and liberal rights, so big fail number two -- I would add that the Chinese are not as stupid as vacuum-headed yanks and had no intention of granting Snowden asylum or welcoming him into the fold. Ukraine -- any which-way! posted by eli, 2014-03-10 11:10:04 Obama threatens to perform unnatural acts if Russia does not withdraw from the Crimea -- unverified report, but practising US media techniques, Washington double-speak, inverted logic and outright lies may come in handy -- it’s worked for America to date, but the Ukraine will be the BIG test. America's Economic Enslavement by the Psychopathic Corporate Elite posted by Richard Gale & Gary Null via stan, 2014-03-10 04:38:14 Today it is not so much that people believe our CEOs and politicians act without empathy or compassion regarding the well-being of average citizens, especially towards those in dire poverty, but rather whether or not our entire system is psychologically deranged. Psychopathology has become fully institutionalized as a legitimate way of doing business and making policy decisions. The Supreme Court decision on Citizens United, which ruled that corporations and banks are "persons," was a further step infecting our entire politics and society with a serious mental disorder that has steadily contributed to the US's widening inequality gap, class struggle, and Americans' loss of democracy and freedom of speech. This Year’s South by South West (SXSW) conference - very ‘wet’ Indeed posted by styx, 2014-03-10 00:56:52 This year Assange spoke from his self-imposed prison at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London -- Assange has now painfully learnt the COST of breaking the cardinal rule of uber hackers, ANONYMITY! However, Assange’s discourse at the SXSW was interrupted by numerous technical breaks -- which is ironic if you consider the gathering is organised and run by digital ‘geeks’ -- try learning how to maintain communications by using multiple synchronised lines of various media interchanging between them if bogeys attempt to disrupt events -- the modern audience, God help the useless lamers, has no staying power whatsoever, which again verifies that social change is ALWAYS the RESULT of actions and strategies of a very few highly motivated and skilled individuals; in that context Assange’s address simply became another exercise in narcissism. No sympathy or apologies, mate, as you set an appalling example for younger, emerging digital warriors! (full story) prose / international
Oz minister withdraws inference that Murdoch is a "demented plutocrat" posted by sam, 2014-03-08 22:53:40 Former Goldman Sachs lawyer and current serving Oz communications minister, Malcolm Turnbull, has attempted to 'throw off' suggestions he made that Rupert Murdoch is a "demented plutocrat." It seems, like his boss, the gaffe prone Oz PM, Australia's "suppository" of wisdom and lackey to the above named (demented) plutocrat, the communications minister has also caught the gaffe or Freudian slip virus.
