u’ve pressured me
long enuff -
one day i’ll
make love to u
but it will be like,
how should i say?
superficial,
contrived,
but well publicised
and complete
in its dissatisfaction

u can’t help what u are,
a (vacuous) vase,
and i can’t help being
so accommodating
