"When the President [State] does it, it's not illegal!"

Rally behind Desmond Tutu's call for JUSTICE

The infamous Nixon statement above has become an unwelcome reality today. The Obama regime has just closed the door on US torture cases and granted immunity to American TORTURERS, but torture laws continue to apply to America's enemies. The arrogant message transmitted to the world by puppet Obama on behalf of ruling plutocrats is simple; 'we, the American, Israeli, Sri Lankan, Russian, etc., ruling elites ARE ABOVE THE LAW'; however, we reserve the right to arrest and incarcerate YOU indefinitely without charge or trial. That is how 'justice' works in the 21st century!

After the Israeli ruling of 'accidental death' handed down in the Rachel Corrie case -- when eye witness testimony and camera footage clearly indicated that a bulldozer stopped then proceeded and crushed the life out of peace activist Rachel Corrie -- on orders, I would add; and the recent slap on the wrist handed down by a military court to Haditha multiple murderer of unarmed women and children, Sgt. Frank Wuterich, why would anyone be surprised that Obama closed the cases on Torture against the CIA? Have you forgotten Nixon's honest response to a question on impropriety and illegality, "when the president [State] does it, it's not illegal?

Now let's not forget the Sri Lankan ruling elite that have never faced the ICC for shelling hospitals, schools and other locations deemed by international convention to be safe havens, then summarily executing bound and naked Tamil men and women with rifle shots to the back of the head during the US Drone supported war against the LTTE.

If you're looking for justice in the 21st century you would be very hard pressed finding it anywhere on the planet, so snap out of the dreamworld that your minders have created for you; JUSTICE is a convenient word to be bandied about for political purposes only. The new century has seen a social regression/reversion to the ancient past when divine rulers could commit no wrong, actions, no matter how grotesque and cruel were justified by virtue of their 'DIVINE' status. That reality may have applied in ancient Egypt and Rome and in most Asian Kingdoms of the past but surely we (should) have come along way since those ignorant times?

We are all acutely aware today that our leaders are all too human and usually wanting in various ways. So anytime our deluded, grandiose leaders see themselves as divine or above the law IT IS OUR DUTY TO BRING THEM BACK TO EARTH AND REMIND THEM THAT THE LAW APPLIES TO EVERYONE, including Pharaohs, Caesars and puppet US presidents!

The world must heed the call of Archbishop Desmond Tutu and place Bush, Blair and Howard (coalition of the willing) on trial for their crimes against humanity; we must hold ALL torturers, mass murderers, war criminals and other (Bankers) heinous felons to ACCOUNT if we would restore sanity to our societies. We must also release all prisoners of conscience who have directly or indirectly informed the public of heinous STATE crimes. We certainly do not wish to follow the South African example and charge the victims for the crimes the State commits, do we?

The onus falls directly on the masses/majority to restore representative government, law and order to their respective nations, as it is clear that critical State institutions and our current leaders are thoroughly corrupt.

At least Nixon had the decency and courage to recant and apologise for his improprieties and crimes.
