There is no doubt that this and associated stories serve the public interest; it is a very revealing saga and clearly highlights the very soft and vulnerable underbelly of profit-only-driven Corporations and the sociopathic mentalities that run them.

People should take heart by the example of this Aussie consumer in his/her fight against a corporate giant and be inspired by how easily large corporations are compromised by INDIVIDUALS with traditional Oz values, Aussie nous and never-say-die, Aussie determination.
