High Treason

The highest treason is committed by a nation's leaders and in this regard America once again leads the world.

Every American President and high official is sworn to DEFEND the Constitution and values of the United States, however, it was made plain by George W Bush, when he referred to the founding documents as "pieces of paper" and referred to HIMSELF as the final purveyor of American morality and authority.

Today we have the continuing attack on the sacred principles upon which the nation was founded. Obama has done away with numerous rights, with unwarranted pan surveillance on the entire population and indefinite military detention without charge or trial, not to mention his personal extra-judicial 'kill list,' which includes murdering American citizens, how's that for the ongoing treasonous leadership of the unrepresentative criminal filth that have hijacked government and American democracy?

While the corporate media is distracting everyone the foundation stones of the nation are being compromised; and we all know that a nation that loses its identity and principles loses everything including ALL its hard won freedoms -- need I cite genital groping at air ports, government intrusions on communications, cavity/vaginal searches by Texan police in the street for littering offenses?

As the USA DEGENERATES at speed it may be necessary to once again REMIND the American people that they are LEGALLY charged and commissioned by their nation's Founding Documents/principles to DEFEND their nation when its values and principles are under threat; well, you'd better get back to watching American idol before the uncomfortable truth and hard reality begins to gnaw at your souls.

I will never stop reminding the American people of their sacred obligations and DUTY.

"That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

But under the law as I understand it to have developed, the Government's motion for summary judgment must be granted, and the cross-motions by the ACLU and the Times denied."
