Why is Oz Involved in the Middle East Fiasco?

The latest news from our spineless, conservative government is that it has “no plans” to follow America’s lead with an illegal troop presence in Syria to support al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist groups, which Russia is making short work of. Notice the double illegality here, (a) providing material support to terrorists groups and (b) an illegal, uninvited troop presence. Also, do not be fooled by the open-ended remark by our un-Australian knee-walking, jellyfish politicians, “no plans” certainly does not mean no Oz troop presence period, as Washington clearly loathes breaking the law alone.

However, Oz is sending troops to Iraq, an American created nightmare, which is clearly America’s responsibility to remedy, in other words America should learn to clean its own mess, which lesson most of us learn as children; note that the original illegal invasion of Iraq was based on BIG AMERICAN LIES. So where are Australia’s decisions in all this? Nowhere to be seen, our lackey Lib/Lab politicians compete with each other to see who wins the custard-faced, knee-walking championship, or grovel to incompetent Washington criminals.

The ADF is acutely aware that any troop involvement in Iraq unnecessarily places our military personnel at serious risk and that Iraq is a faction fighting hell-hole; remember the CIA-Pentagon trained Iraqi army of 30,000 strong that dropped their American supplied advanced weapons and ran when two thousand ISIL fighters advanced on Mosul. Whether the largely Sunni army in Mosul deliberately surrendered their weapons to ISIL cannot be confirmed but either way what is to be gained when 30,000 regular army troops take flight when confronted by a few thousand APPROACHING ISIL fighters? Ask any high ranking ADF officer and you will be informed that Iraq and Syria are lost causes as there is no coherent plan or strategy other than the US obsession for ‘regime change’, which is now out of the question, notwithstanding ‘regime change’ is a gross illegality. America should clean its own mess and learn to take RESPONSIBILITY for its appalling, criminal actions and Oz should abide by international LAW. Fighting in America’s illegal wars is beyond comprehension particularly when the ADF is acutely aware of the futility of the endeavour – let the Russians have a go. The US incoherent bombing campaign over the past YEAR has done nothing to halt the advance of ISIL, which many claim is the intention.
