“Providing Material Support for Terrorism” is a Crime!

Many individuals have been prosecuted, persecuted, jailed or Drone assassinated/murdered by the USA for committing the above crime, including misguided Australian David Hicks who spent many years in Guantanamo Bay suffering many extreme abuses and psychological tortures similar to those endured by Chelsea (Bradley) Manning, now serving a 35 year sentence for disclosing Pentagon crimes against humanity to Wikileaks. But the list of the persecuted does not end or begin there.

Obama based on now proven questionable intelligence has, much to his ENDURING shame and disgrace, undertaken to extra-judiciously murder people deemed (not proven) to “support terrorism.” These “kill lists,” as they are infamously known to the WORLD, are compiled in secret by the same people that OVERTLY supply “material support to terrorists” in Syria and Iraq, which act according to US LAW is a heinous crime, need I draw your attention to the obvious? It is clear and to use a favourite US expression, ‘without question’ that Obama’s and the actions of his military are criminal according to US legal codes – so where are the prosecutions for these FLAGRANT crimes of which the WORLD is now aware?

To say US credibility in the international community is tattered beyond repair and has gone down the tubes, would be understatement, notwithstanding Putin spelling this fact out in his recent address to the UN General Assembly, which resulted in Obama/America losing face in front of the entire INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. However, Putin and indeed the entire world is now faced with the clear task of prosecuting very well KNOWN offenders in international jurisdictions not necessarily the corrupt and politicised Hague courts, which have always turned a blind eye to US perpetrated crimes against humanity – so much for the corrupt Hague!

Nonetheless, Obama is now the ‘Emperor’ who has no clothes (or face) and his very recent decision to supply more material support for KNOWN terrorists in Syria, after Russia destroyed terrorist weapons and munitions dumps condemns Obama/America YET AGAIN.

Now, one does not require a law degree to see the now screaming criminality of the US, one is only required to enforce existing laws and international conventions. Furthermore, a first year law student could win this case as the US in its hypocritical, disconnected Alice in Wonderland ‘wisdom’ supplies the means, ends and proof for its own demise.

The time to haul the guilty before the courts and hold them to account is NOW!
