We are Not Impotent Americans - Fracking is being Stopped in Oz

Democracy -- or people power -- lives in Australia, ‘fracking’ is now a major State election issue in NSW, which proves to all citizens that corporate friendly conservative governments can be ousted if they arrogantly and contemptuously ignore the wishes and will of the people and it is widely known that the Australian people are extremely protective of their home/nation.

One Australian man, known as the “frackman,” has created a storm over the TOXIC, ground-water-destructive practice of coal seam gas extraction or fracking.

Communities affected by plundering, pillaging and POLLUTING mining companies have united in their fight to preserve sustainability in the areas in which they live but the issue has far more negative impacts on Australia’s Great Artesian water Basin, which nourishes vital farmlands and communities along ALL Eastern Australia.

The united voice and will of the people has already seen corporate friendly governments in Queensland and Victoria, where fracking has been given free rein, squarely defeated in elections and now it’s time for the people of NSW to send a clear message to arrogant and possibly corrupt politicians.

A trifecta Victory for the people of NSW would see the entire East Coast region return to the PEOPLE, not to LYING, anti-democratic, minority-serving, conservative governments.

The choice is clear, Oz must protect its vital arable lands and preserve our lifestyle for future generations not sell-out to short term rapacious corporate interests and the governments that serve them.
