Flight MH370 and the MYTH of NSA Global Surveillance

Commentators and analysts that post to this site have repeatedly stated that the “NSA could not find their dicks to take a piss” -- in other words that global surveillance is a myth -- but of course that reality does not apply to the millions of desperate morons that identify themselves on the Internet by name or traceable plastic; I have been using the Internet since its early inception and no-one in any agency has ever been able to identify me or any of my colleagues/associates as we learned very early the VALUE and POWER of ANONYMITY!

However, who would have ever predicted the X and Y generations that were willing to reveal every minute detail about themselves and friends? Talk about digital slave generations, well there’s two that confirm the FACT! Unfortunately for them they are constantly under the surveillance eyeglass cos they willingly revealed personal data after reading the fine print, MORONS!

But to the un-reality of global surveillance. Ed Snowden’s primary objective was to infiltrate China but the Chinese were way to smart, so he fell back on his other main task which was to establish a dominant global discourse of NSA pan or global surveillance, which he accomplished easily in view of the fact that global surveillance has never existed or ever could; in extreme cases there are always means to bypass detection and circumvent agency methods -- too fuckin’ easy as a matter of FACT!

Whichever way you choose to view the ‘mysterious disappearance’ of flight MH370 it confirms that the NSA does not have the capability to detect all communications or even track -- as they claim with metadata -- the whereabouts of a moving vehicle loaded with digital communications technology and locational tracking devices, anywhere on the planet!

NSA silence confirms the fact, they do not have a clue on the matter. Now consider; if the myth of global surveillance were a fact how quick the NSA would have been to announce the location of the missing plane. It would have been a simple matter of filtering the ‘metadata’ -- as agent Snowden claims -- to pinpoint the nearest location of the plane.

So, NSA, where’s the fuckin’ plane?

Global surveillance carries as much credibility and ‘substance’ as American democracy and integrity.

Regardless of the expert efforts of the American distraction industry, the core issues relating to NSA surveillance are NOT Ed Snowden or how effective or broad surveillance may be; it is clear that NSA actions are in SERIOUS breach of numerous communications laws in every nation that utilises electronic communications systems. Put plainly the actions of the NSA outreaching its own borders are profoundly ILLEGAL and therefore open the door to unprecedented global litigation and damages on levels never before seen.

I am confidently able to assure you all that the above solution would be the most effective -- notwithstanding Washington compliant lackey governments -- huge class actions could be mounted involving millions of citizens from hundreds of nations; are you reading this Mr Glenn 'steam room lawyer ' Greenwald; pursue effective PRACTICAL strategies/solutions not ineffective DISCOURSE?

If you do not wish the NSA to interfere in your personal private communications then LITIGATE, as the NSA has already admitted liability by confessing to collecting 'metadata.' The associated benefit of this action is that U.S. lackey governments (Oz, NZ, UK, France, Germany, Italy, etc) that refuse to participate in the action against obvious NSA criminal activities, would be exposed as treasonous and opposing the best interests of the people.

It is a very simple matter to stop the NSA in its tracks by simply hauling it before the courts and demanding damages, compensation and fines to be paid -- the levels of which would be astronomical; and then arresting and jailing repeat offenders.
