The Hemingway Solution

Tediously predictable are American officials calling for the death of whistle-blowers (Ed Snowden) but this time adding a personal, psychiatric touch. “I would love to put a bullet in his head,“ one Pentagon official told BuzzFeed. We would ask whether it’s because Snowden shone a light on how ineffective the NSA really is at fighting real crime/terrorism, with virtually no major successes in that regard, or is it simply because the nation is now run by criminal psychopaths that have no regard whatsoever for the law or Constitution?

We recall exactly the same threats were made against Assange but what is interesting this time around is that America, in its supremely psychiatric psychosis -- “we came, we saw, he died,” ‘ha, ha, ha,’ a la Hillary Clinton; 500,000 dead Iraqi children was “worth it,” Madeleine Albright, is that the insular psychopaths that make these insane comments imagine that their lunatic outbursts redeem or strengthen America’s international image, which is in the gutter and promises to remain there for the duration of the entire new century.

But let’s no labour the point or lend too much attention to what is already known by the international community. Instead we should recommend an American cure for unhinged US officials, the ‘Hemingway solution!’ Fellow American (naturally) Ernest Hemingway blew his brains out with his favourite shotgun while toying with the trigger while the 12 gauge barrels were in his mouth. Hemingway blew his brains out because he was haunted/tortured by thoughts of failed masculinity and inadequacy.

The violent solution, as all civilised people are aware, is no solution at all, but has America learned anything in its short and inglorious history to date -- it seems not!

Think of the NSA when you watch TV news of drugs at saturation levels on US streets or the rapid growth of organised crime, or all the failed social wars America has declared over the years -- the NSA is not targeting criminals, otherwise it would have announced its successes and victories at the inquiry; it is targeting you indiscriminately and without cause or justification of any sort -- this organisation is CLEARLY a criminal apparatus and is working in tandem with other known criminal groups. NSA officials were so desperate for credibility that they lobbied Congressmen to use the 9/11 excuse or the fear of another false flag terrorist attack to justify their inept performance to date.

But it is interesting to watch how the NSA debate has been intentionally framed by all the wrong questions in order to distract from the REAL issue, the illegality of NSA activities.

The correct approach is CLEAR -- NSA global surveillance is illegal in every country in the world, but please do not pursue this line whatever you do, someone may wake up to the fact that this approach would cripple the USA or make plain that it is in fact a criminal State.
