NAB Australia’s Leading Dysfunctional Bank Does it AGAIN

It’s time to worry all NAB clients, as this very large screw-up made the mass media, however, we have published here another IT and staff procedural protocol systemic screw-up which caused a client major grief and has not yet been resolved, only the usual ‘stall letters’ have been issued from dysfunctional, less than competent (PROVEN) NAB. What day is it Mr Ken Henry, NAB Chairman?

CEO, Andrew Thorburn was directly made aware of the GROSS systemic failures (second embedded link) and launched an immediate investigation, which was making some progress, then the matter was referred to the ‘stalling’ department led by a Mr James Stafford, who clearly couldn’t find his dick to take a piss, which level of incompetence is reflected in the cheque clearance department -- and no doubt, as the latest news indicates, other departments, which were unable to locate any details of the wrongfully dishonoured cheque which connected account held more than ample funds to cover the cheque, which NAB FAILURE left the client without insurance cover over a dangerous holiday period.

The one obvious fact in relation to these two (only) listed failures/errors is that NAB’s IT systems and staff procedural protocols are sorely in need of review, fixes and upgrades, which issues are of course ignored by the disconnected NAB executive and Board, also stated directly and by inference in the SMH.

It now becomes very clear to all Australians, deal with NAB at your own risk!

As for chairman, Mr Ken Henry and CEO, Andrew Thorburn, you are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE -- good luck with your careers, you shameful disgraces.

The fact remains, these published and other unpublished related problems are easily rectified by competent management and an aware board of directors, which is obviously too big an ask for NAB.
